Segmental blades consist of a CrV steel blade body with riveted HSS tooth segments. We manufacture them ourselves and know their construction precisely.

Is it worth reconditioning a segmental blade?
Often, yes: because the blade body stays in use, we only replace the damaged segments. We inspect the blade beforehand and tell you whether it is worthwhile.
Can you replace individual segments?
Yes, individual segments too.
How long does sharpening take?
Usually about one week from receipt. Rush orders can sometimes be completed on the same day – just call us beforehand. There is no fixed lead time for replacing segments – we agree it with you.
Do you also sharpen blades from other manufacturers?
Yes. We sharpen and repair circular saw blades regardless of the manufacturer. We set the angles to suit your saw and your application.
