Besides circular saw blades, we also sharpen and repair drills, milling cutters, press brake tools and machine knives – all in-house in Recklinghausen. Our customers are mainly industrial companies.
We inspect every tool before processing and let you know if reconditioning is no longer worthwhile.
Drill sharpening
We sharpen HSS and solid carbide drills, including:
- Twist drills
- Step drills
- Centre drills
- Special drills
Depending on wear, we resharpen, shorten the tip and regrind the point, or restore the cutting geometry.
Milling cutter sharpening
We sharpen HSS and solid carbide milling cutters, including:
- End mills
- Profile cutters
- Corner and radius cutters
- Special cutters to drawing
Depending on the tool, we regrind the periphery and/or the end face and restore the profile geometry – so that the profile is accurate.
Press brake tools and machine knives
We regrind press brake tools and press brake blades for upper and lower tools. We also regrind machine knives such as rotor, stator, flat and long knives for shredding and granulating systems – single or multiple-edged, also in sets.
The aim is clean cutting edges and defined cutting gaps.
