We develop and manufacture precision circular saw blades in Recklinghausen – TCT, HSS, HSS segmental and solid carbide, tailored to material, machine and application.

Custom manufacturing and optimisation
If standard blades are not enough, we design blades individually – to your requirements and your actual operating conditions in terms of material, machine and process. Where possible, we also make minor optimisations to existing blades – what makes sense is decided case by case.
Sharpen instead of buying new?
Sharpening is often the better first step. We inspect your blade and tell you honestly whether sharpening or a new blade makes more sense.
