We sharpen and repair your circular saw blades – all in-house in Recklinghausen. Nothing is outsourced: from incoming inspection to return, your blades stay in our hands. Usually about one week from receipt.
We process circular saw blades up to Ø 1,600 mm depending on type – TCT, HSS, segmental and solid carbide, including blades from other manufacturers. If teeth are broken or heavily worn, we recondition your blades – carbide-tipped blades by re-tipping, HSS blades by re-toothing. On HSS segmental circular saw blades, we replace damaged segments. If a blade is no longer worth reconditioning, we tell you beforehand.
We also sharpen drills, milling cutters, press brake tools and machine knives.

All our grinding machines use oil cooling with an integrated filtration system – for clean, sharp cutting edges and less heat at the tooth.

How the repair process works
- EnquiryCall us or use the contact form – ideally with a photo. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
- Send in, drop off or have them collectedSend us your blades by parcel, bring them in yourself (Mon–Fri 07:00–15:45 or by arrangement) or have us collect them.
- Inspection and sharpeningIncoming inspection of every blade, then processing in-house on industrial grinding machines.
- Final check and returnQuality control with calibrated measuring equipment. Usually about one week from receipt.
Send in, drop off, have them collected
Our customers are mainly industrial companies. We work for customers throughout Germany and beyond. We are happy to collect your blades, have them picked up by a courier service, or you can simply send them to us – just get in touch.
You are of course also welcome to bring your blades in yourself: Mon–Fri 07:00–15:45 or by arrangement.

Which tools do you recondition?

How long does sharpening take?
Usually about one week from receipt. Rush orders can sometimes be completed on the same day – just call us beforehand.
Is reconditioning worthwhile?
Usually, yes – a sharpened blade performs almost like new again, at a fraction of the cost of a new blade. We inspect every tool beforehand and let you know if it is no longer worthwhile.
Do you also sharpen blades from other manufacturers?
Yes. We sharpen and repair circular saw blades regardless of the manufacturer.
