We sharpen HSS metal circular saw blades in HSS-DMo5 and HSS-E (Co5) from Ø 80 mm – for steel, non-ferrous metals such as aluminium, copper and brass, tubes, profiles and solid material. Where technically feasible and available, large diameters are made as segmental circular saw blades – and we recondition those too.
We manufacture HSS metal circular saw blades ourselves, including to DIN 1837, 1838 and 1840 – so we know their geometries precisely.
Sharpening with care: controlled material removal
We inspect every blade, regrind the tooth form and check the result. This keeps the cut quality consistent over many sharpening cycles.
Broken teeth
If teeth are broken or heavily worn, we recondition your HSS blade – by re-toothing.
Send in or have them collected
We work for customers throughout Germany and beyond. We are happy to collect your blades, have them picked up by a courier service, or you can simply send them to us – just get in touch.

Frequently asked questions
Which HSS grades do you sharpen?
HSS-DMo5 and HSS-E (Co5) – including blades from other manufacturers.
How long does sharpening take?
Usually about one week from receipt. Rush orders can sometimes be completed on the same day – just call us beforehand.
Do you also sharpen blades from other manufacturers?
Yes. We sharpen and repair circular saw blades regardless of the manufacturer. We set the angles to suit your saw and your application.
What happens if a blade can no longer be sharpened?
Then we will let you know in advance. We inspect every blade before processing; if reconditioning is no longer worthwhile, we advise you on a suitable new blade – as a manufacturer, we can make it to your tool data on request.
