We sharpen carbide-tipped (TCT) circular saw blades from Ø 80 to 1,300 mm – for aluminium, copper, brass, plastics and wood, including blades from other manufacturers.
As a manufacturer of TCT circular saw blades, we know the tooth geometry, carbide grade and blade body (the steel body of the blade) from our own production.
How we sharpen TCT blades

As a rule, we grind both the tooth face and the tooth top (periphery). This way we remove only as much material as necessary – which protects your blade.
Tooth forms
These tooth forms are the ones we see most often when sharpening – depending on the application:
- Alternate top bevel (ATB) for clean cuts and universal applications
- Triple-chip grind (TCG) for abrasive materials and long tool life
- Flat top (FT) for robust cuts and stable processes
- Special geometries for specific requirements
Damaged teeth
If teeth are broken or heavily worn, we recondition your blades – by re-tipping or re-toothing.
Send in or have them collected
We work for customers throughout Germany and beyond. We are happy to collect your blades, have them picked up by a courier service, or you can simply send them to us – just get in touch.

Frequently asked questions
Do you sharpen TCT blades for aluminium?
Yes. Most of our customers are industrial companies – for them we manufacture and sharpen circular saw blades for aluminium, copper and brass. More on non-ferrous metals
How long does sharpening take?
Usually about one week from receipt. Rush orders can sometimes be completed on the same day – just call us beforehand.
Do you also sharpen blades from other manufacturers?
Yes. We sharpen and repair circular saw blades regardless of the manufacturer.
What happens if a blade can no longer be sharpened?
Then we will let you know in advance. We inspect every blade before processing; if reconditioning is no longer worthwhile, we advise you on a suitable new blade – as a manufacturer, we can make it to your tool data on request.
