We are an owner-managed, third-generation family business and have stood for "Quality through precision" since 1974. In Recklinghausen, we develop, manufacture and sharpen circular saw blades for industry and trade.
Today we work on a site of more than 3,500 m², with modern machinery and a qualified team.

For new blades, we design the tool geometry specifically for tool life, cut quality and process reliability – to your requirements and operating conditions. Where possible, we also make minor optimisations to existing blades.

Technical understanding instead of standard solutions
Every application places its own demands on tool geometry, cutting data and tool life. That is why we rely on technical assessment, advice and tailored solutions. What matters to us is not the price of an individual tool, but what it delivers for you over its entire service life.

Quality assurance
Our measuring equipment is calibrated and we monitor our production continuously – and would rather stop it than deliver a tool that is not flawless. On request, we inspect anything from individual teeth to complete batches, for example by brazed-joint and ground-finish inspection.
If an existing blade is not performing as you would like, we examine damage, dulling and cutting-edge geometries and propose an economical solution.

We have been a family business since 1974 and based in Recklinghausen since 1996.
